Too many comics hire people to heckle them in a specific way, so the comic can deliver the comeback and seem witty and smart. I don't go to a lot of live shows anymore because of it.

I like how in Michael Richard's case, they respond with more racism, calling him a cracker and little white boy, etc. and because Michael let out the first racial slur, it's perfectly fine. The brilliance of stupidity.

I don't care too much myself. A comedy show is exactly that, a show. Even if the heckler is staged, it can still be funny. As long as it's funny, I don't mind.

He's a pretty good performer. Shit goes wrong and he still remains composed and finishes his song. I know from experience how hard it can be to continue a song after you get interrupted.
