There's something strange about those videos. They are really disgusting but still somehow interesting/entertaining.

I had one of these. It's not a pleasant experience. Sitting down was painful, the surgery itself even though they used anesthetics on the cyst was pretty painful. It fucking sucked.
Although it was nothing like that, they cut the cyst open and drained it for me, they didn't take the whole pus sack out like that. I didn't even know that was possible.
Never understood people who enjoy watching shit like this. Makes me cringe too hard, I honestly feel myself tensing up.

Okay wow what the fuck are cysts. I've had one before but that guy was growing an organ in his butt

I half expected a xenomorph to pop out of that thing. :what:
Maybe it's like some type of giant zit or hair that never got treated?

We need a megathread for these videos
How about 12 minutes of people having their necks wringed like fucking paper bags.

The sick part is that those cracks are fucking amazing. It's like having a small orgasm in your bones.

I have something called Pilonidal Syndrome; there's a cyst buried deep near my tailbone. It creates sinuses that causes big buildups as seen in this video that I've had cut and drained 3 times in 4 months. Next week I'll be knocked out and receiving a surgery where they'll open up a good chunk of my back side and scar the fuck out of the inside so I (hopefully) won't get them anymore. Pray to god yours doesn't come back or you'll be in the same boat.

This reminds me of a finger nail infection I had a year ago. My thumb grew huge and even grazing it made me fall over in pain. I ended up plunging a needle into it and I swear a fountain of green liquid poured out for around 6 seconds.

I had that surgery actually. I had to get the cyst drained 3 times so I said fuck it let's go with the excision.
Took 7 months to heal, the scar tissue is stiff and it's itchy as fuck all the time. I hate it.
Oh in that procedure they stiched it up. Mine was open wound healing which takes significantly more time to heal but has a less chance of it happening again. When they stitch it there's a much higher percentage of it coming back.
well now I'm not hungry anymore.

I'll be thinking of you, man. I've had five of these motherfuckers, to the point where there's very little tissue left around my tailbone. My advice to you now is, get used to sleeping on your side or your stomach. You're not gonna be able to sleep on your back for a few days afterward and you're not gonna want to for a solid couple weeks.
Also, don't freak out if your asscrack starts an inch or so lower than normal when it's over. Some procedures make that happen.

Supposedly if you get a Bascom flap procedure, the chance of recurrence is even smaller than "cut-n-pack." My first one didn't do the trick but the doc missed a shitload of pilonidal tissue somehow, so I'm choosing to believe that was the problem. Yeah, this healing process is a bitch.

You misunderstand. I get enjoyment getting other people to watch it. When they freak out, it is priceless.
These make me tense up, cringe, all that shit... but goddamn it's satisfying. Like, when you pop a pimple and you feel it drain, it's like, "shit man, that feels good to have that cleaned out."

this thread has opened my eyes
I have like a cyst that shows up on the top of my left ass cheek, right where the crack begins, that rears its ugly head every few months for a week, then disappears. Same place every time. It acts like a blister, will grow and eventually open and bleed for a minute then heal up and it's like it was never there. Repeat months later. It's smaller than a dime, though
I should change how I sit I guess
Or maybe I have pulsating butt cancer

you need to get it drained or it'll keep recurring
