Must have missed it in the video, what dice system does it use?

I don't think having gender-restricted classes is inherently wrong in a medieval-fantasy RPG. Plus it's a tabletop game so you can change the rules anyway. Now if there's stuff like "Aryan race: +5 intelligence" that's something else.
