I think this game might be amazing.

I hate it how they all blow up into a lake of blood from a simple kick to the chest, a tackle, or even a stomp to the floor, when I look at the orcs, I see big masses of muscles that look like it would be really hard to pull off a limb but no, they are as fragile as Issac Clark from dead space.

Where is the power-fist. :(

The diary even says the bullets [b]explode[/b] leaving them in a cloud of blood. Not to mention the unmatched strength of a Space Marine.

As someone on /tg/ pointed out, "Orks attack a forgeworld, BUT IT WAS CHAOS ALL ALONG!" is a pretty standard 40k fluff storyline. Glad to see it's accurate and not the kind of disgrace to 40k that would have people disowning it. Really liking that health regeneration based on being brutal and killing shit effectively. Makes massive killing sprees a good strategy instead of survival first, awesomeness second. If I can get help from an American friend I am so getting this.

I doubt this'll be the best game ever (or this year), but damned if it doesn't look fun as fuck.

(still cool though)[/QUOTE] Actually it was Plastic Wax's demo for them to say "We can do 40k" It was a demo made before the DoW 2 intro. A few CGI company did demo like that, and THQ choose the Plastic Wax one "Because they got it."

Looks fun enough for me to play it.

A game where the standard-issue weapon is essentially a rapid-fire grenade launcher has to be over-the-top like this. I love the looks of this game.

Jesus fuck. The only real thing I can ask for is that they try to keep some focus on ranged combat, I don't want to be blasting waves of orks into chunky, red mist with a heavy bolter and then be forced to start whacking them with a chainsword just to get some health. :v: Hope we get autocannons and shit too, nothing would be more theraputic than brutally massacring waves of cannon fodder.
