It's also known as xenharmonics if that helps. Music like this is relatively scarce unfortunately.
I've also been looking for decent xenrythmics which is pretty neat too.
You'll find luck with tractional North Indian and Arabic music

easley blackwood's 12 microtonal etudes album is amazing. it's on spotify but i recommend you try to find the booklet that comes with it, you can find a pdf of it somewhere. it has a lot of information about what he was considering when writing each piece:

Except for the pieces using quarter tones, it just sounds like tonal music to me with heavy use of independent pitch bending.
