The one at 01:53; I do that all the time and it works flawlessly
I cannot get "Thanks for watching menopause here on youtube" out of my head.
Anyways, this guy makes some pretty cool videos.
that cereal one is god tier
How was the coaster one a fail? Most coasters are: .
What makes those any more effective than a cup's top? In fact, the cup's top has the part that latches onto the cup itself, which can be used as a way to move the top coaster around easily.
That guy fucked up that lettuce core thing so bad. I did that all the time when I worked with food flawlessly.

Oh wow, that cereal one. Never thought about that.

because a coaster is a flat piece of solid material, while the cup-lid is a flimsy piece of plastic which is not an even surface.
half of these arent even...life hacks..its common sense?

the cup lids generally have an inner rim that makes it so that the cup wouldn't be able to sit on it well
That bit at the end where he went on about Humpty dumpty, from what I understand it actually was about a cannon that fell off a wall in the UK town of Colchester. I only know that because I live in said town.
Some of them rely on the right materials used and not being clumpsy as fuck, expecting things to work on the first half-assed try

The crumbs are like.
My favorite part.
I find it funny that he's posting a video about life hacks and yet he doesn't know how to properly use a roll of saran wrap
I think that cereal one is the neatest of all of them. I absolutely hate that powdery crap in the bottom, turns the milk into sludge.
regarding keeping stuff fresh/sealed. erm i know most of these "life hacks" are done impromptu but everyone should have a dozen of these lying around in their home

unless this is some exclusively Scandinavian smart shit
sometimes the labor of doing these "life hacks" is really just not worth it when you could just go through a tiny amount of inconvenience instead
why did he put entire uncooked spaghetti 'sticks' on top of the cake? i mean it's fairly obvious it'd totally work if he only used one half of each

yeah but why buy a dozen of those for $2 when you can just go to your closet and snap a hanger in half.
snap a hangar in half.
what
I hope I'm not the only one that thinks eating Cheetos with chopsticks makes you look like a huge tool.

Not to mention this would work much better for things like boxed cakes. The tendency for them to lose frosting is from being jostled around in the box and sticking to the top. Small sticks would prevent the cake from moving much.

Reminds me so much of this

I like how the long spaghetti is supposed to go into a FUCKING CAKE... not a cupcake. That's why they were so tall, they are supposed to go like a foot down in a cake.
[editline]11th January 2014[/editline]
I use toothpicks anyways.

I just pour snacks into a cup, so I essentially "drink" the snack. It's really effective and a lot more efficient than painstakingly eating one cheeto at a time with chopsticks. I'm surprised that not that many people do this.

organization at its finest
I don't get life hacks a majority of the stuff is stuff I do all the time, the vast amount of them are just fucking common sense.
