Some guy created a skate park in a cutscene: There's already quite a few texture mods so far: Best not to get you're hopes up though, I've a feeling that the limit has already been reached. What I've seen so far is nothing more than fancy memory editing, the game files remain untouched. Still nice to see some levels in a different light though.
That's some real ninja editing regardless. Now if they actually pull off a full blown level editor, that'd be beyond wizardry.
Man, thread title got my hopes up. I've always wanted to extract PS1 Spyro models.
Man it would be awesome to see some old/outdated game engines released so that people can mod this stuff. Crash Bandicoot and Spyro where amazing as a child, and after completing all 3 of each of the series main games I've always wanted more. It'd be great to see modders creating new maps or ideas within the base game.
Maybe he can mod out the fucking Money Bags guy.

Can't wait to see Brutal Spyro.

Oh man this is great, 3D platformers are coming back in big way and I love it!
