That was pretty awesome. I love it. The ambient music in the background really did it's job of making it even more beautiful.
Thats some pretty decent camera work! A trick i learnt to look at solar eclipses with a camera is to look at it through to sheets of crisp packet material. Stops the sensor getting cooked.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/K7L21.jpg[/t] I took this picture through a pair of welder's goggles with a $250 camera. You might consider making a filter for your camera using the same kind of material, maybe with something not as dark.
^ I think I have a new desktop background now. Brilliant idea with the welding goggles.
A good material to consider is those foil balloons. They work well as a sun filter, have used them on Telescopes, binoculars and an older digital camera.
