When he does 'Tear, Earl grey hot' he closes his mouth in a certain way, its just minor, but its something Patrick did in the show. According to the video description, his Data make up was made the same way the original was in the show. No contacts for his eyes though, they were done in post. He only had one uniform in red, so the shots as data, the uniform is colour corrected, I couldn't even tell.
