Yeah no time for fucking around this is a very serious video game and you need to be 100% attentive at all times there is LOTS ON THE LINE

Because Treyarch thought it would be a good idea to output the videos at 640x360. They could've at least done 480p (but probably not 720p since the Xbox renders at 1024x600)
