I actually tried to go looking for examples of anti-Obama protestors in 2008 and 2012 getting arrested for things that they said. Didn't find any. He didn't get arrested. He didn't get arrested. To claim that the Black Panthers are doing anything wrong in that video when stuff like the above was so easy to find is just disingenuous. Those scary black men with guns have just as much rights as these above men, but I guess because they are outright saying they will kill people, rather than just calling for death (and flinging slurs and burning effigies and what have you), that's apparently the straw that breaks the camel's back and what these men are doing is unlawful?
