hey quick question people why do you insist on using generic looking designs for characters, [I]which is especially a sin when you are rebooting something with an already established artstyle[/I]

Why the fuck is Miss Frizzle being replaced? Is this like Jainie's makeover in Real Ghostbusters, where executives didn't think she looked nice enough or whatever?j

Why does 90% of animation look like generic flash garbage now? The theme is way less punchy too. Also I don't really see why they're replacing Miss Frizzle, seems like kind of a pointless decision.

Those characters look so generic the only reason I can even recognize anybody as anything at all is the fact that they're emulating a cast of genetically diverse characters that i've seen a million hours of as a kid. This is weirdly awful.

I like the idea of using one of Ms. Frizzle's relatives, since her family is supposed to be as big and weird as she is. But so far the show looks a bit bland, I'm really hoping it gets better once it's actually released; I grew up watching this show and've seen every episode.

The song is good. But what is with every single cartoon these days using the same lazy looking animation style?

Gotta continue the trend of "Lets reboot everything from the 80's and 90's because god forbid we have any originality and just want to cash in on nostalgia".

The show is for young kids, not us. They don't care as much as we do. In 20+ years when they do it again, those kids will be complaining like we are.

I miss hand drawn animation. Everything just seems soulless and cheap.

Did the character designer for this show get their instruction from Tim Buckley? Every single character has the same damn face.
