Oh my god yes this is so fucking cool. Those little thrusters firing off to maneuver it are badass.
I want to see this angle from launch to landing, in real time. I'm sure we'll see that soon enough. The RTLS version is going to be cool as well. As it'll be the first and only video of a thing cancelling out its horizontal velocity above earth. Earth will appear to slow down, and then reverse direction as the rocket goes back home.
I'd like to show this to some flat-earthers I've seen... see 'em call THIS fake, fucking subhumans... Really interesting to see these maneuvers if you've ever played Kerbal Space Program. You can appreciate just how hard this is to perfect. Even built-in autopilot in the game isn't perfect. Can name a number of times it sent my ass hurtling to the ground... This? This is real fucking life, cabron.

Not going to humor them with views and post videos. If you want to see all you got to do is type in "SpaceX Fake" somewhere.

Simply phenomenal. It definitely strikes to the core of nay-sayers who told Musk it was impractical as far an engineering and economical feat - So far, he has shown the engineering statement to be patently false, now to land a relaunched first stage and strike a blow of finality to that economical sentiment.

Next launch is another GTO payload so will be a barge landing again.
Its pretty impressive that they can even get it close to the barge, theirs so many factors to account and calculate for a proper trajectory through the atmosphere, its almost never constant.
