I think I've seen totalier chaoses
absolutely beautiful
hard to think this was made with the Doom engine. Though, I really hope this is just more than jump scares.
such is life in the zone
After playing DOOM so many times in my years growing up, it still surprised me that this was the DOOM 2 engine. I guess it's all the filters and textures and design.
um this doesn't look like doom 2. Its amazing though, really is.

It's running on modern ports of the Doom engine which have fancy features like pixel shaders and mouse look.

This game looks like a much more refined SCP: Containment Breach in terms of textures/etc.

Everything kinda branched from there.
oh man I thought this thing was dead, last time I checked last month it didn't have any news for a good year. At least it's still going.

Love it, looking forward to it. More info here. If they ever do a Total Chaos 2, they better use the Darkplaces engine! those are some quiet zombies
Strange name choice. Total Chaos seems more appropriate to an over the top action game in my opinion.
Doom's engine doesn't support 3D models or diagonal surfaces by default either.
Doom source ports are generally still considered the Doom engine. You don't call a port a different engine.
