Every time "Okay guys no fear, we're gonna rush in there" And then we immediately cower behind the wall
"rush b" is possibly the most complex and sophisticated plan the human race has ever come up with
You forgot to add a terrorist spraying his AK at random behind the smoke who then gets AWPed through the smoke by a CT camping on site. [editline]27th March 2016[/editline] It may seem specific but it happens every time
self promotional post but it's actually funny and you've been here for a while <3 What's the song playing at the beginning?
Every time "Okay guys no fear, we're gonna rush in there" And then we immediately cower behind the wall
Or everyone goes "YEAH LETS DO IT", get flashed midway through it, everyone stops and dies.
Or everyone goes "YEAH LETS DO IT", get flashed midway through it, everyone stops and dies.
Or when the team rushes and 3 of them go to cover lower tunnel
I'll be honest, I'm always the guy who actually rushes, gets flashed and instantly dies only to find that my sacrifice was for nothing.
Smoking off platform usually helps while flashing in. Course the better solution to this is teaming up with good teammates (i.e. queuing up with friends) and not randoms.
I don't play CS too much so I'm not very experienced, but isn't Dust2 basically like this all the time? Terrorists have to push into B through a death tunnel. If they go long A, they have to push through death doors, and then death sniper alley. I've always felt like Dust2's design was to choke off and line up the T's like cattle but maybe I'm just dumb and don't understand this game

I tend to have most of my comebacks on T-Side - B and Long A are advantages for CT because they absolutely need it.
dust 2 is bad take it off your queue and wow suddenly CS just got significantly better
dust 2 is bad take it off your queue and wow suddenly CS just got significantly better
dust 2 is not bad lol. it just isn't especially if you know what you're doing and you have a worthwhile team. why is it bad exactly? besides the fact the everyone plays it, which is a bad argument anyways..
any time i follow my team to rush b, i get a vivid mental image in my head of me being a sheep in a pack of sheep leading itself to slaughter and i end up pulling off, reevaluating my life and what it's become, then going mid to b instead. if they manage to survive, anyways they normally don't
this is how you actually do it

Middle and catwalk are more of a big deal than long and b tunnels.

The terrorists have the advantage of being able to move as a single unit and take one of multiple paths to accomplish their goal. Meanwhile, the counter-terrorists have to cover and hold every one of those paths at the same time, necessitating splitting up the team. Naturally this only holds true in 6v6 comp, everything flies out the window in casual where the CTs can have 5 AWPers covering every possible approach simultaneously.

The person in front will always immediately die, but the people behind him will overpower the defenders. Problem is, as shown in this vid, people are pussies and as soon as someone dies they run away

But pretty much thats why you need a 5 man premade for proper plays.
What's the song playing at the beginning?
Sorry it took a while to reply The song is called startround_02, or "SCARE ME" and is part of the New Beat Fund music kit for CS:GO a link for it on youtube is here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rltaIWHo0ZQ and the music from the video is at 4:37
Why not? I've played that damn map for about 15 years
For the record i too don't like Dust2, but just because it's overplayed does not make it a bad map. The design is as simple as they come and it's incredibly well balanced thus making it a good map. The aesthetic is boring sure but it's not awful and that in and of itself does not make the map bad by any stretch of the imagination. My reason for not liking the map is because the most toxic assholes can be found inhabiting the place and iv'e played it since 1999 and I'm thoroughly bored of it. But neither of those make it bad.
i don't know what CS you're playing that's 6v6 and saying that the whole game is T-sided, regardless of the map is dumb
Oops, I meant 5v5. And not the whole game, but the whole defuse gamemode definitely is. It's much, much easier to win on any defuse map as Ts.

Why did the guy get hit by a laser beam rather than a bullet?
