This country is so messed up. Those poor people are suffering all of this on a daily basis. I'd go as far as saying North Korea is one of the biggest travesties of our time.
This is seriously fucked up. I knew that North Korea is a fucked up place, but never imagined this...
And the reality: We can't do a fucking thing without risking a war.
All in favor of kicking kim jon un in the dick?

I don't think that N. Korea is the worst thing, it's that China will declare war on us if we do something about N. Korea. That's whats fucked up.

Not really. China won't do anything regarding N. Korea because if we have control of any of these concentration camps, it would be a massive propaganda victory for us, and would be on the lines of, "China is supporting savages and child murderers".

No it won't. Most China will do is back NK in negotiations. If it comes to war tho, China won't risk anything when it comes to that shithole.

pretty sure they don't have a military alliance and china knows if they did then nk would do worse things, china has even voted for UN sanctions on NK following the NK nuclear weapons program
I don't think War with North Korea would even be possible. For me it's just a massive show, they have Pyongyang where they show off all their parades and massive buildings but that's just a joke with most of these over the top hotels or buildings having barely anybody in them. I'm pretty sure as well their army is most likely not up to par, they might show their army off like they're in good form but I bet they have little to no resources as it's all been spent on showing off and giving zero fucks about the majority of the people.
I've seen a few videos where most towns in North Korea resemble a third world country. It's absolutely the worst how they're treating their people, for me it's just a matter of time before their government implodes on itself.
Even if we could go to war with NK without China or anyone else interfering, we wouldn't. The sad truth is that there is nothing we can do about the refuges. SK can't take them, their economy couldn't handle it and their infrastructure isn't set up for such a huge surge of people.

Shit, China is economically dependent on us. They wouldn't risk open war with the US, and they have already tried distancing themselves from North Korea.
Look, I know people want North Korea to be this big scary thing so we can see some kind of "heroic" World War-style thing go down, but it isn't going to happen. North Korea would be plowed over by South Korea before the Coalition forces even get there. We saw what happens when you hurl outdated technology at the new, industrialized military of the West in the Gulf War.
To put it in perspective, the program to build the B-2 Stealth Bomber costed more than the whole GDP of North Korea. Yeah, sure, they have quite a few soldiers, but you heard it in the video that even the military is starving. Morale is more than likely at a terrifying low and the minute the Coalition captures some soldiers and gives them better conditions than they likely had in their own military, I don't think they will be all that zealous about the Glorious Leader, if they are already.
So if push comes to shove, I would expect a repeat of the Gulf War. Worst case scenario is that South Korea unifies the peninsula and has to spend some years rooting out rebels still loyal to Kim's government, but don't expect China to even try to stand up to the West for the shitty little state of North Korea. They want nothing to do with Kim Jong Un and his crazy ass regime.
And yeah, I was basically just reaffirming your point, but this was mostly in reference to Corewrap3.
The reason SK isn't invading NK is because they don't have the economy to feed the couple million extra mouths.
Theres also the chance that they aren't bullshitting about the nukes
NK also still has artillery pointed at Seoul so thats a pretty big detterent

why would china back NK in war
they literally have nothing to gain from it
why would china back NK in war

Two reasons:
Not only would it be a violation China's geopolitical sphere of influence unprecedented since the original Korean War, it would activate a system of more or less pre-negotiated alliances which is how every major conflict has ever started. China and North Korea have enjoyed a close military, ideological and economic relationship since, again, the last Korean War.
Secondly, not even the economic consequences would upbraid such a massive destabilization of the current balance of power in east Asia, particularly when we're dealing with a part of the world which still sees the 21st century through a lens of 20th century grudges and insecurities regarding each other -- and regularly hold war games to prove it.
Any intervention in North Korea would mean a calamitous conflict with China, at the very least limited to Korea itself, no matter who it was.

This. It has been recognized for years now, by a lot of people, and it still sounds horrible: everybody knows these people are suffering fate worse than most of us can imagine, and there's literally nothing anyone can do. People who seem to not be needed by their own country, are needed even less by everyone else.
It must be fucking horrible for refugees. Just imagine this - you finally got out of literal hell on earth, you tell other people what's going on behind the curtains, you plea for recognition and acknowledgement of the state your people have to survive in. You find other people and whole countries caring and empathising with you... but it's the extent of it. Nothing anyone can do. Your relatives, you family, your people are doomed to suffer until the regime collapses under its own weight, and who knows when to expect it.
China wouldn't risk going to war with the Allies because America needs their economy as much as they need it to support each other
And China defends NK because they don't have a lot of shit supporting them, I'm confident to say if War was the answer, China would be on the Allied side
