From what I heard, they removed the cap.
Game is great and I'm having a blast.

It's still there, but can (very easily) be removed. Like they've said since it was announced.
They still need to optimize it though - I'm above recommended requirements but it still runs like garbage.
That trailer was p well made tbh
I played through this game on the Xbox One, and I highly recommend it. Game was a fucking blast, had a ton of fun during it.
