It's not really a cheat, but you can actually use various words in the text parser to refer to female characters in King's Quest 2. These words involve 'hag', 'bitch', 'cunt' and my own personal favourite: 'sperm burping gutter slut'. Yeah. That's a completely valid way to refer to them.
