Maybe it's because you basically have all the DLC on there twice? Premium contains all the DLC, having both Premium and all the DLC is just having it all on there twice.

Actually this is most likely a pricing error like what Legolover said. Microsoft has done the same shit too before with Halo DLC and I've seen Steam fuck up before as well.
Welcome to technology 101. No code is perfect. Its a price error and you are over reacting.

EA testing the waters with SUPER premium! With SUPER Premium, not only do you get the new DLC earlier than Premium players, you get it so early that you help find the bugs before regular scumbag poor premium people get to play it!
