It's concerning so many skeptics fall for this anti-GMO bullshit.
Interesting video. My sister is super against GMOs, but I think anything that leads to a pesticide-free future is good.
during one of my english classes last year in college, we were writing argumentative research papers
after we finished our drafts, we were supposed to peer review with someone else
so, i peer review with this one girl and her paper is against GMOs, but the thing is, literally nothing is sourced or cited
i asked her what was up with that, and she responded with something along the lines of "oh, yeah, im gonna find sources later"
what :v:
in fact, most of the people in that class all had a conspiracy-boner for the government, i just don't understand these people

I don't know why people think they don't have to source shit. If it's an opinion piece, sure. But if you're talking about something like GMOs? Why wouldn't you have sources, if your argument is so strong?

This is the worst kind of paper. The internet has literally every side of the coin in terms of research, so she's just going to find some crackpot papers and source them and it will seem legitimate enough to pass as a real research paper.
