I believe in a top comment (now overtaken by somebody elses) the creator said it's a custom made remix for the trailer.

Now that is great animation. He looks to of improved from Practical Problems, actually adding a bit of that cartoony edge to the animations that doesn't make it look like stiff, awkward motion capture.

I'm blown away by the content people make with SFM. You could put that in theaters and someone who knew nothing about TF2 would probably think it's a trailer for a real movie.
