Try to show some more highlights and focus on them. Most of the more successful videos often skip on the filler and capitalize on the best bits. As for your voice, nothing wrong with it. It's just most people are more familiar to the voice of Criken or Dopefish and your voice pales in comparison.
Most of the problems are avoided by keeping the emotional and memorable parts and editing out the rest.
