those damn human hunters. why can't humans leave the wild alone?
Unless a cougar has made itself dangerous by moving into a human town and attacking people, there's no reason to kill it.
It actually pisses me off when trophy hunters go after cougars. They are one of the few species that keeps deer levels low, and therefore should be kept as a natural balance.
