That guy was really pushy. He also happened to sound like a bond villain.
His cult of police officers was creepy too. I can't blame the maker of the video for keeping an eye on him, they where probably trying to sacrifice some hobos or some shit.

Fun fact; Before I started recording, I just happened to be walking the same direction. He thought I was following him.
