Not sure if this is late but wow! They certainly predicted the future of the internet today.
imagine using one of these electronic correspondence machines in online games and that bad writing by 10 years olds.
Loving the background music.
"Little Timmy has a wide variety of exotic pornography at his disposal, which allows for instant sexual gratification whenever he so chooses."
I love the part where "the husband receives all bills the wife has spent on her console." Sounds pretty accurate to me.
"Grown men will watch children's programs about colourful ponies and will usually masturbate over real-life figures"

man, they accidentally predicted touch screens
How stupid are we going to look in 50 years when people look back at what we predict?

Well considering the internet is far better than what this video proposed, I would like to think that the future will be better than we think.
wow thats... pretty accurate. Online shopping, bill paying, and house monitoring are all existent and widely used.
God damn the 50's and 60's were so cool.
Damn she's pretty hardcore she's got a multi-monitor flat-screen set-up.
How stupid are we going to look in 50 years when people look back at what we predict?
Well I'm pretty sure we learned from our mistakes of making crazy ass claims about the future. Remember when people thought we'd have flying cars and robot maids and shit in 2000? Yeah.

WHERE IS MY FUCKING HOVERBOARD MATTEL
I'd love to go back in time to the late 60's and show them my average laptop.
Well I'm pretty sure we learned from our mistakes
hah, yeah
I wish we could have an alternate future with the technology of today but with the fashion and aesthetics of the 40's and 50's. I fucking love art deco
I found that to be amazingly accurate. They pretty much got it spot-on which just blows my mind. I mean sure, they couldn't possible guess what modern PC rigs would look like, but still, they show flat screens instead of huge ass monitors like in 90% of science fiction back then.
The wife buys clothes and the bill gets sent to the husband. handy.
The wife buys clothes and the bill gets sent to the husband. handy.
Yeah she BETTER give him a handy for spending all that cash
pretty inaccurate
there are no image boards or furry porn
Damn she's pretty hardcore she's got a multi-monitor flat-screen set-up.
But can it run--
Fuck it.
not even doom
Sir Arthur C. Clarke got it right.

Fun fact: a decade or so before this, GM was already working on Flat-Screen TV's. A lot of the things we use today are the products of what people were working on half a century ago.
Makes you wonder what the future holds for us.

OLED, that Google HUD, more smartphones, and some more "flying cars" that are street legal.
"Little Timmy has a wide variety of exotic pornography at his disposal, which allows for instant sexual gratification whenever he so chooses."
This made me laugh so hard I shot water out my nose XD
I'm really surprised at both how accurate and yet inaccurate this video is.
Loving the background music though.
Don't throw those bottles!
