You can totally tell he pitched his voice up then time-stretched it. If you listen closely, you'll hear micro stutters in the audio and that's because time-stretching causes that.

I guess this kid has enough military experience to know it's not realistic, because i can't tell the difference between TF2 and real life. I mean that he knows that getting stabbed in the back only hurts a [I]little[/I] bit. TF2 is also poorly optimized, i mean that a computer that can run the internet should be able to run games like Crysis 2 smoothly. I can too vouch that this game is gay because of all of the gay sex going on, there are cocks all over the place.

Yeah, there are plenty of points where you can hear it sputtering between the high voice and the normal voice, definitely a voice changer, but a damn good one at that.
