Mr. Regular bought himself a new car:

It's all about the flip-up lights.
Headlights go up.
Headlights go down.
He sounds so happy talking about this thing, it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
I'd rather see a video on that fucking pristine 60's coon.

You mean the Ford Falcon? He has like 20 videos on it.

I did see that after I commented, but I meant a video in this sort of style would be neat. I suppose nowadays it's not a regular car anymore. a regular car to me is still one without fuel injection :v:
Well that's not a regular car at all

I dunno man, I like seeing it compared to all the irregular cars he was reviewing before.
Mr RCR going to die by snap oversteer
Mr RCR going to die by snap oversteer
Snap oversteer doesn't do shit. It's liftoff oversteer that will get you. But even with that, unless you're going twice the speed limit you will probably never notice it impacting your driving.
twas a joke tho, aren't they basically the same thing anyway with a mid rear setup

Uh they're the same thing
Uh they're the same thing
Snap oversteer is oversteer suddenly snapping to the other side, which is more relevant with MR cars than FR cars. Liftoff oversteer is oversteer caused by lifting the throttle.
Snap oversteer happens while recovering badly from oversteer.
your car is going to suddenly snap to the other side because you lifted the throttle

Snap oversteer is something that happens after liftoff oversteer (or any oversteer).

Yeah the car snaps in motion due to the weight transfer induced by lifting, they're two names for the same event
When the car straightens out after countersteering but ends up moving too far in the opposite direction then that's just due to overcorrection (or fishtailing if you'd rather call it that)

It's also used for the change in rotation, or at least that's what I've seen it being referred to so far. Lift off oversteer is present in any car. The MR2 has it even more so, but that's not what makes it dangerous. It's low rotational inertia is what makes it dangerous.
I actually just bought a 1986 MR2 a couple weeks back, and tbh it was at least a little inspired by RCR's first video on the aw11.
The thing is, I bought it in Seattle and had 3 days to drive it home to Dallas. All I did was swap the tires and battery, and we had no breakdowns whatsoever. I fucking love this car.

I too bought an AW11 a little bit ago, but it's definitely in worse condition, seeing as I nabbed it for $750.
