No, this fucking "song" sounds exactly like a dial-up tone. Some dubstep is better than others but this one is horrifically shit.
I always find this kind of dubstep that does those decent build ups before switching back to the "wub wub" stuff really annoying.
I mean, there's dubstep that I really enjoy, but this kind I just don't like.

This "song" does not sound like dial-up, I encourage you to prove me otherwise. This "song" might be shit, but it's still not dial-up.
