There was actually a high-level player in the district we were in; He, being the only criminal, started complaining when some 50-60 enforcers wouldn't ready up. I believe his words were something along the lines of "Are the 50 enforcers who aren't readying up afk or just stupid?" So we found him and beat him up until he left.

I remember when that game was fun. And then the matchmaking got worse and worse and it became even more Pay 2 Win to a point where it was pointless to try doing missions

nope not really any of the armas guns are easily countered. game just has a huge learning curve and you were bad.
