I know you all are tired on this, but this is a different kind of video. It's not someone just pissed off looking to vent. He basically is someone on all sides of the problem. He runs his own MCN, he is a creator who gets flagged and claimed for fair use content, and he also uses ContentID himself to stop reuploading.
It's a scripted video, so don't worry about rambling.

During the entire video I was thinking of the problem of revenue lost during arbitration, and then he hit the nail on the head in the "problem" portion of the video, and his conclusion is both simple and agreeable, and he definitely explained the grey area of the "let's play" gaming videos and Fair Use.

Monetization was lost with my Gabe Newell Interview video when it was first uploaded because YouTube decided that it "was not family-friendly content" and disabled me from getting money during it's run to 100,000 views. Only after 100,000 views I was able to get money from it, which was jack shit

Which is one of the reasons I agree with his solution of holding the revenue gained as escrow, and then pay the revenue to the winner of the dispute. Though, like he also pointed out, this stuff has been happening to most of us uploaders since day one, and only now that it's happening to large groups and partners, is backlash noticeable.
