Not sure if they're actual Police but they're a bunch of assholes whoever they are.
they look more like security but whoever they are what they're doing can't be legal

they were caught immediately, gained no support.
they did it all for the wrong reasons
but I don't agree with them being whipped, however I do agree with them being arrested if they're trespassing or doing -something- that is illegal, but I don't know Russian laws
