http://www.wimp.com/firstrouter/ A modern phone is more powerful :O
If you must link to wimp. Which LOADS of people check. At least find the youtube equivalent.
That was pretty cool it just goes to show, how much technology has changed scince that telephone booth sized modem compared to our stuff today.
That's a pretty sweet router. Can you install Tomato on it?
Shows you how much IT tech has evolved.
In 10 years, we will laugh at our modern computers and ps3's. Future people are assholes! :argh:
That thing has got to be worth a fortune.
I love how he just slams it in the beginning xD
It looks stylish
So thats where my router went!
It belongs in a museum!
I love how he just slams it in the beginning xD
Back then technology wasn't as weak or as fragile as it is today. Now a days if you smack your computer, you're bound to loosen something eventually.
Its so heart warming.
God, it just makes me think about the future in awe. I have no doubt that in only a matter of years, the average personal computer won't even be visible; it will be incredibly tiny and embedded into us, with the interface being directly with the brain. I, of course, am never touching any shit that connects to the brain or interfaces with it in any way. That's where I draw the line (and will probably look like a typical, technology-hating old man in that day and age because of it). I know it'll happen some day in some form, but I just don't trust anything going right into my head for any reason.
Interesting.
wow that wasnt even that long ago
