These things are apparently becoming a bit of a problem in Toronto. There's been reports of small dogs and cats being snatched out of their backyards by these things.

Well, plain old normal coyotes eat cats like a free range buffet without any need for crossbreeding with wolves, but I do imagine these are better at it?
