this actually looks pretty damn fun
The dialogue doesn't have quite the same charm compared to the portal game, still looks pretty fun though.
How the mighty have fall, don't get me wrong. There is probably a lot of work put in to this. But it is basically a bridge simulator clone with Portal skin wrap on top of it. So if you are into bridge simulator and portal, well then this seems to be the game for that, I only wish we could actually get anything more then this in the portal/HL universe.
The players was completely incompetent on chamber 3
holy fuck the guy over-engineered the fuck out of level 3
I feel like over-engineering actually suits Portal's theme
Its also basically why people like to watch these things is to see what kind of a mess will be made and have it still technically work. Like I'm pretty sure Bridge Constructor: Stunts exists explicitly because Vinny from Vinesauce kept making insane bridges that made cars do flips and drive upside-down and shit in the first one.

The game is exactly what it claims to be, Bridge Constructor but with Portals. I agree with you that it'd be great to get something more than just a crossover title/licensed game out of the series, but I don't think this is truly an indication of the future of Portal. Poker Night at The Inventory 1/2 didn't change TF2 or Portal in any way, so I doubt that Valve will suddenly start licensing out their IP's for full-fledged spinoffs left and right.
