even though the guy was awkward and the jokes were awkward, what he was basically saying was "i like my little pony, it may seem like a dumb kids show but give it a chance", and i don't think that's unreasonable at all, he just decided to do his presentation on something that he was interested in. like, so fucking what, why do people have to film these people and actively hate these people because they're expressing themselves, is it REALLY that hard to ignore? there seems to be a lot of unjustified hate towards anyone that's socially awkward and i think it's really harsh and doesn't help anybody. there's a tendency to believe that these people are beyond help and its okay to make fun of them which does nothing but reinforce their awkwardness. some people genuinely have trouble reacting in social situations. some people also like watching my little pony. these aren't inherently bad things.

The worst part is that the images were badly done memes

MLP is the garbage collector that comes afterwards picking up anyone who couldn't fit in anywhere else because it's core values imply friendship, welcoming, unconditional love and other such nonsense.

The show was not bad at all. But this is the same thing as me for example giving a presentation about facepunch for example. Why would you do that? Jesus christ. Can't watch it, I would die.

Brony posts in the video section should be against the rules since it seems they always devolve and derail quickly to be about bashing the community in general, regardless if it is a negative video or not.
