Where are the little girl's parents? I thought most parents were responsible enough to watch their children when they're outside, especially such a young child.
Yea this is pretty disgusting.
When I baby-sat my little cousins I never left them outside alone. And I kept them in my sight too. They were in a safe neighborhood but you never know so I made sure I knew where they were at all times and what they were doing.
This little girl is going to be traumatized and those black kids are going to grow up thinking everything they're doing now is okay. Just what we need, more ignorant assholes picking and beating up people for no reason.
