Youtube comedian Brock Baker makes a good audition to be the replacement for Harry Shearer in the Simpsons. Check out his awesome impressions here.

Some of those were pretty spot on, a few were a bit off though.
most of them were pretty off
Even still, they were pretty damn good.
They were pretty shit tbf
the lovejoy one was pretty awful but the rest were good
I listened to it while screwing around in another tab and most of the time I could only tell what character he was trying to imitate by the lines he said, not his voice.
Otto was the only one that was good enough to be indistinguishable.
None of them sounded right, really.

all of them were pretty off actually
I guess they sound closer in his head
If they do decide to just hire impressionists it'd be best to get a different one for each character, finding someone who can do ALL of Harry Shearer's voices the way he does would be a monumental task.
Something about this is super super depressing
please stop the show and let me cling onto the first 9 seasons
Otto was the only one even close, what the fuck is that Ned Flanders impression
Everything lacks bass, his voice is way too high/squeaky for this.
The thing they look for in voice actors is acting ability, not how spot on the impression is. So as an 'audition' this did a decent job since he didn't just do all the one-liners the characters were known for.

and by 'acting ability' i mean 'heres a script read everything on that page exactly the way the character would, inflections and all GO!'
Imagine if one of the characters he's playing has to speak with an accent, or imitate another character, for an entire episode because of some plot thing.
he won't gert the part..
