I hope you realize the difference between stop motion and bone based animation which always looks better and for less effort than the former. However, xcloud's animation is particularly good.

The stop motion ones are funnier, the animated ones look better, tada.
I wish there was an animaiton set for TF2 that made the game look like that.

Uhm no. That is source film maker. The guy in OP uses stop motion. I honestly doubt source FM is harder.
Something about furries and making gmod videos clicks quite well. Like kitty0706 when he decides not to use RANDUMB!!1 humor.

Here is a back story, I was reading this book titled "The power of one" and they live in Africa, the characters call people Dummkompf, which means blockhead or someone who is stupid. I just thought he might have read that book.
Its just a text to world connection.

The source of Dummkopf is actually German.
I know that its german, but its been used a lot in this book.
