It looks more like a Christmas display to me, mostly the lights on the edge of the roof. Still cool. (I do see the gravestones and pumpkins around the lawn and deck, but the lights make me think Xmas)

If i had those kind of neighbours i would call the cops because they are annoying peices of shit.
I've always wanted to do something like that.
I'm certain I would actually be able to do it from a programming+wiring standpoint, but I don't know where I'd get the money for the lights, relays, and extension cords.
