The main thing i caught from what the story could be is the fireflies are coming after them for what joel did that's what i'm getting at from this trailer.
Oh fuck yes
I am so fucking excited for this I'm dying
The Last of Us was a masterpiece, I can't wait.
Haven't even played the first one, since I dont a Playstation. Gonna pick up every single Naughty Dog when it gets cheaper.
God damnit, now I have to buy a PS4.
God damnit, now I have to buy a PS4.
It's okay, you'll also have Crash Bandicoot Remastered, Spiderman and RDR 2 to play if you don't have an Xbone.
Wait Red Dead Redemption 2 is PS4 exclusive?
Wait Red Dead Redemption 2 is PS4 exclusive?
no, ps4 and xbone
Wait Red Dead Redemption 2 is PS4 exclusive?
I meant with the PS4 you could also play RDR 2, if you didn't have an Xbone already.
i thought they were going to kill [sp] Joel [/sp] Seems a lot skinnier now, gud
I've been telling myself for years that TLOU ended Joel and Ellie's story in the best way possible and that it absolutely doesn't need a sequel but I can't help but get hyped anyway
for someone who hasn't played TLAU, does this have any considerable spoilers for the first game?
for someone who hasn't played TLAU, does this have any considerable spoilers for the first game?
Nope. Nothing spoilery in this trailer.
for someone who hasn't played TLAU, does this have any considerable spoilers for the first game?
Just shows the two main protagonists from the first game.
eeee so hyped for a sequel, the first game was amazing.
I wonder how much further into the future Part 2 is from the first game. It seems like quite a couple years went by.
Didn't need a sequel, but I'm definitely not complaining.
I wonder how much further into the future Part 2 is from the first game. It seems like quite a couple years went by.
Seems like at most, it's a 5 year time skip. Ellie was like 14 in the first game, right? She doesn't seem older than 19 here
I tried playing TLOU through the PsLive thing they have. I couldn't really get into the game, maybe because console aiming is absolutely horrible for me and trying to score headshots was a pain in the ass with what I am compared to with a mouse and precision. It also didn't help that all the visuals in the game were muddled down, smudged shit, since it streams like a video or something in 720p. I'm sure if I was actually to play this with KB&M and on an actual 1080p TV and not watered down horseshit, it'd be quite a lot better.

The aiming feels so much smoother, snappier, and more precise. Not sure if it was actually revised or if it's just the 60fps that makes the difference, but it's so much more pleasant to play.
The Last of Us has one of the best stories in a videogame ever. I cried at the end. It's a shame that it's built on proprietary software, used to oppress people. I was hoping that a free alternative would come out from the community (like GNU did), but it appears that will never happen. I will not be getting the sequel as a protest; I find this unnacceptable. Shame on Naughty Dog and Sony. Shame on you all for playing this filth instead of promoting software freedom.
