"America is great because we are good" makes no sense in the first place.
I think the bigger problem here was taking "undecided" voters that already leaned towards Hillary anyways. At least find some people that were actually on the fence.
could she had been repeating what hilary said quietly?

We have scientists working around the clock trying to figure out what makes us good, and how being good makes America great, as well as why being good results in being great.
The media's rep has been tarnished so much over the past year
Flubs like this are more laughable than they are outraging now

sounds like that to me honestly, i don't see the "SHILL" from this
The paranoia in the comments is so weird. And the video itself like the title, jeez.

Good in this context refers to being ethical, not high in quality or effectiveness.

If this election has given us anything, it's further exposing how bullshit the media are and how flawed a democratic system can be
I totally believe media organizations misrepresent things--not always to push a certain point of view, but in order to stoke controversy and exaggerate events for ratings.
That being said, I don't think anything nefarious is going on here. It seems to me that the reporter is telling the woman what clip is playing, and what Hillary is saying. Even if there was a monitor in front of the voters at the time, the volume would be down in order to prevent feedback, or the reporter hearing her own voice echo back at her.
My guess is they had a discussion beforehand, along the lines of "Here's the clips we're going to play," and maybe playing them for the voters, so they could be prepared. Then the reporter told them which ones were airing while they waited.
I love a good conspiracy, but I seriously doubt CNN was telling people how to respond. Not only would they run a serious risk of one of the voters blowing a whistle, but I watched this whole segment as it aired...the voters were really, really bad on camera. If you're going to stage something like that, you'd pick people who'd be better on air.

That is coaching. The purpose of these groups is to get immediate reactions from people about the whole debate. What clips did they show? Did they show all "favorable" clips of each candidate, or did they pick out some bad one too? How do you even compare something like that?

Why would she have been? It seems too much for a coincidence
Why would she have been? It seems too much for a coincidence
Because she was about to speak on camera and for people who are not professionals and aren't on camera daily, it's a good idea to repeat a quote to them right before they have to speak so they're not sitting there going "uhhh..." trying to remember what was said.
CNN and every news station is a bag of dicks, but this is fucking silly and alarmist. She wasn't guiding the woman on what to say. She was literally saying what Hillary said and then asking a question.

shh, you'll ruin the circlejerk with your book learnin's and your logic
"America is great because we are good" makes no sense in the first place.
in full context, she was driving the argument that Trump is morally bankrupt and bullies americans to further himself politically
"because we are good" was about taking the high road and embracing each other
So is it wierd to find it retarded that a woman like her who might become the most powerful human being on the planet just said "America is great because we are good" ?
Sure, since you ignored the previous 5 or so posts before you.

While both Clinton and Trump are awful, I think she was going for "America is great because we are good people", as in we have moral integrity and perseverance. Not being able to market yourself on the spot doesn't necessarily mean you're retarded.

Kind of funny considering America is behind most other first world nations in that particular area.
