I don't see why he turned down roles in The Social Network and 127 Hours, but he accepted the Transformers movies. He even said the two first Transformer movies were shit.
He comes off as a douchebag to me. Bragging about all the money he's got, and how he's not using it, but he still doesn't donate it. He was bragging about how he "beat up" Tom Hardy on the set of The Wettest Country in the World. Carries a knife because he doesn't want a bodyguard, fucked Megan Fox, openly admitted he only became an actor for the money.
