I really don't get it.
I don't know but it made me slightly happier.
Notice how braindead everyone are before they take the pills. It's another god damn metaphor for drugs
I hope they mean the very harmful kind of pills, not the kind that make peoples lives better. If it isn't the latter then I honestly am losing faith in humanity, If we fail to embrace such Ideas as taking a pill that can "alter and or improve a persons chemistry." Then we have failed to educate the masses on the usefulness of such things. If one where to argue that religion is there main reason they will not take said "pill", then maybe it is time for them to realize that a pill won't condemn them to a painful and horrid afterlife, and if it does maybe it is time for a more moderate view on the teachings.

I'm sorry, but a chemical dependence is not good, and I don't understand how you just injected religion and fear of death into a rant about drugs.
The overall reaction I got, was a kind of pretend happy feel.
Like a forced smile.
This family is definitely bored, maybe they're caught in something.
They seem very stereotypical, they might have realized that themselves.
That's probably why they are pictured so emptily throughout the whole video.
Drugs making them non-braindead? I don't see it that way, as they don't seem less braindead.
I get the bored and stereotypical thing, that'd explain the whole still life effect, and typing things that don't matter. Same with the TV, it doesn't matter.
I don't get the spinning globe in the background of the typing scene.
I just don't get the daytime ending.
Maybe it's about depression?
