Remember that cover of the dragonborn comes ( likely still on the first page ) well i sorta modded it in the game. unfortunately she isn't playing lute or moving her lips to sing but this is all i can do now till the creation kit comes, enjoy!

I find it really perfect for the inn, maybe not 100% realistic but i find it a nice touch.

I'd have to load the song in a music editing program and then somehow edit the echo out, and since i don't know how ( don't think anyone can do that perfectly ) this will do.
