You think the CO of the Galactica who is played by the Detective guy from Caprica are the same character?
Only 12 minutes, damn. Still awesome.

I doubt it, but you never know.
Also, I didn't realize it was him until you mentioned it.
This what they get for always filming in Vancouver, you see the same actors in EVERYTHING.
Almost all my favourite shows were/are filmed in Vancouver so I see a lot of the same actors in the various shows.
How often do they release a new ep? Weekly?
Yep, I heard that there are 10 episodes and they release 2 a week, however I heard this from a random guy online so it might not be true.
wow this isn't as bad as i thought it would be

The two episodes I linked were released today, so I think its true.
Didn't even know there was more Battlestar coming out, really good episodes so far.
They're doing 3 Tier release
Web (2 hour pilot split into ~10 minute episodes), TV (Full 2 hours on Syfy) and then Home Release shortly after.
Hopefully if its popular enough they'll commission a season.
AFAIK this Pilot episode has been done for almost a year.
After the cancelling of Caprica they were not sure if this series would do well.
Hmm, much better than expected
Is Bear McCreary doing the music for this too? Sounds like it.
The lens flares in Star Trek didn't brother me at all, but in this...

It's to cover up the blurry CGI backgrounds because it's pretty low-budget.
