i'm fairly certain the end fight with ultron is gonna be something like, "captain america is worthy enough to wield mjolnir, and with it, he strikes ultron down as iron man looks in disbelief -- cue civil war"
there's a reason they added in the little bit of him nudging mjolnir during the party scene and that's probably why, to remind the audience of the requirements for mjolnir.

According to footage description I read, the broken shield could be part of a vision (Most likely caused by Scarlet Witch) of a plausible future where the Avengers are all defeated by Thanos

Huh seems cool, I just don't like the way ultron looks at all. Also the whole "strings" theme or whatever they are doing is really cheesy in a bad way.
