I think i fell asleep at 8 minutes
Can someone sum up this hour long video for me?
I skipped to 50 seconds. The universe is all history, the bible tells us how the creator created the universe and so that is all we need. Why should we investigate what the creator already told us. what [editline]20th January 2011[/editline] I watched a bit of it and it would seem quite compelling. To someone who doesn't know anything about physics and shit.
well heres my point people, how do the tides work ? nobody knows. i lay its mystery down on gods hand, i then ask how can a complex object like the brain or eye possibly be made by random interactions in the solar system ? it was by gods hand and will that it be

Gravity created by the moon. In other words, tides change depending on where the moon is at. But of course, even that is God's work right? His invisible, all-mighty hand grasping the moon and moving it to create the tides on this planet. The eyes and brain? God's work bro. God's work, after all, we were shaped in his image. Yeah..
watched 15 min of it Excellent stuff. Had a good laugh the first 10 min until I found out I was supposed to do something. I'll watch it later maybe. I wish I was there so I could laugh out loud and eventually walk out like this:
god hates creationism. he loves beards.
I left this video on while I was playing some games. It makes good background noise. :buddy:
I did actually watch this whole thing because most of you look like you didn't. He does bring up a few things that are pretty thought provoking, such as how stars are formed. He said that stars can't be formed in gas clouds because the pressure of the gas counteracts the gravitational force pulling them together.[Edit: found out why it was wrong] But his credibility gets shot down from some of the things that he said. Half way through he talked about how there was spaces between galaxies. "The big bang started out smooth, you can't just have energy gathering together like this"
Gravitation, or gravity, is a natural phenomenon in which objects with mass attract one another.
He also talked about how galaxies defy the second law of thermodynamics because it's cold in space but warmer in galaxies. He might have been right except you need matter to have temperature.
"We are going to talk about everything other than our solar system....First off, our sun" This guy is an idiot
