Pretty spot on review I'd say. A couple of things I think he missed though; the view distance has actually been increased substantially over the original game, and a few of the levels have had little visual tweaks and re-balances as well.
Other than that, I agree completely, especially with the price. While $20 was more than worth it for a huge fan like me, it's really way too much for anyone who's only casually interested in the game.

he also missed the option to remove the fog (something he says you can't do) and there are definitely changes to some of the levels in the game.

Holy cow! I never even realized how substantial some of the level improvements were. That's pretty awesome.
