The wedding is easily the best quest so far in any videogame ever for me. The writing and the characters are so good, and there's a twist he doesn't mention so I won't say it here either.

It still takes place in Velen/Novigrad but new landmarks were added to the worldspace

Basically there's a completely empty corner of the map and they just sorta added a bunch of stuff to it, also some previously inaccessible areas in Novigrad and Oxenfurt.
