Neat. How much longer before everything is free or unemployment is what they said it would be?

I'm really curious if they'll ever miniaturize and cut down the cost on these types of dog bots to make them available for education on robotics, like at universities and such. Regardless though, it's amazing how advanced the tech coming out of BD is at this point.

Though I do wonder if, should Boston Dynamics release refined civilian models of their robots, they would look good in different colours?

I was thinking "Wow, this is cool! but a consumer version would have to look a little prettier" and then they showed the armored one. Where can I buy one? :v:

These things just keep getting more impressive, that white cover at the end looked great. I really want to see them put it to a practical use or consumer version.

It does make me wonder, though. I don't know if Boston Dynamics has ever gone into building drones before, but if they did, I wonder how awesome it'd be?

The military applications of these things is terrifying. Like I keep wanting to go "aww look how cute it is" but just put a gun in that things' mouth and the picture changes pretty fast. :v: Wonder when Sarcos is going to drop any new videos about their new Exoskeletons.

Wonder how long their battery lasts.

At least when the robots [I]do[/I] take over they have a weakness we can exploit. Banana peels, the ultimate weapon.

At least the original models were anyway
